Shendell Stirgus is the founder of Digidell Influence, a digital growth partner using data and design to make a difference. A dedicated digital professional in the nonprofit sector, Shendell brings a unique blend of expertise in digital media, data management, and web development to the table. She holds an Associate’s Degree in Information Technology with a specialization in Web Development from Tidewater Community College.
As a minority woman in tech, Shendell is passionate about using technology to create equity and opportunity in underserved communities. Her work is driven by a vision of tech as a powerful, transformative tool—one that can support returning citizens, expand access to healthcare, and uplift small, minority-owned businesses and nonprofits.
Through Digidell Influence, Shendell is building strategic digital partnerships that help bridge the technology gap. Her approach is rooted in community, powered by data, and guided by a deep commitment to impact.
